Apartments

Inn Unit

Living-bedroom, private bath, wardrobe and linen closet, and storage locker. Units are cable ready. Rent includes three meals daily, and weekly housekeeping services. Bed and bath linens are supplied.

Studio Unit

Living-bedroom, private bath, wardrobe and linen closets, all-electric kitchen and storage lockers.

$890 per month with breakfast

*Additional dining fee for second person.

One Bedroom

Living room, bedroom, private bath, wardrobe and linen closets,  all-electric kitchen and storage lockers.

Two Bedrooms

Living room, 2 bedrooms, private bath, wardrobe and linen closets, all-electric kitchen and storage lockers.

$1,112 per month

*All above units are in the high rise buildings which are 4 and 5 stories tall. High Rises have elevators and have a balcony on each floor.

Cottages

One Bedroom Cottage

Living room, one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe, linen and entry closets, all-electric kitchen and storage lockers.                     Units are cable ready.

Two Bedroom Cottage

There are washer and dryer accommodations available in all the high rise buildings for the convenience of the residents.

All utilities- heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, garbage service and gas are provided by Valley Village at no extra cost to the resident. Grounds services are also provided.

All units are unfurnished. Carpets and drapes are provided. Refrigerators and stoves are provided where applicable. Telephone service is the residents responsibility. Occasional meals may be purchased by residents. Check with the business office regarding monthly meal contracts.
